How soon is my order Shipped?

We start order processing within 24-48 hours after you have placed an order. Unless your order specifies any customizations or alterations, our aim is to ensure your order is dispatched within that period the initial 48-72 hours of the order being placed.

(Exception: This timeline may extend owing to any disruptions including but not limited to national holidays, government regulations, natural calamities or Act of God)

How is Delivery charge calculated?

For Domestic orders:

All pre-paid orders are eligible for free shipping, i.e.- no additional cost for any pin codes within the territory of India. Our shipping partners include FedEx, DTDC, Trackon, Gati, Rivigo, shiprocket and India Post.

All orders that are placed using cash on delivery as mode of payment are charged an additional cost of INR 60 (irrespective of the pin code or number of items ordered) as a logistic charge. Our shipping partners include FedEx and India Post.
